基于PLC控制器的纸页水分QCS管理系统设计

摘要
为实现针对纸页水分定量工艺的自动化管理,基于PLC控制技术提出了一项纸页水分QCS管理系统.通过PLC控制平台对纸页定量水分控制回路中的各项设备进行自动化控制,并采用TIA Portal V16 组态工具建立可视化图形操作界面,进而形成一套完整的纸页水分自动化管理系统.为验证纸页水分QCS管理系统的可行性,对其进行仿真试验分析.经试验研究发现,该系统的水分定量超调时间在 6%以下,调节时间在 15s以下,数据处理性能良好,界面操作直观,具有一定的应用价值.
Abstract
In order to achieve automated management of paper moisture quantification process,this study proposes a paper moisture QCS management system based on PLC control technology.Through the PLC control platform,various devices in the paper quantitative moisture control circuit are automatically controlled,and a visual graphical operation interface is established using TIA Portal V16 configuration tool to form a complete paper moisture automation management system.To verify the feasibility of the paper moisture QCS management system,this study conducted simulation experiments and analysis on it.Through experimental research,it was found that the water content quantitative overshoot time of the system is below 6%,the adjustment time is below 15 seconds,the data processing performance is good,the interface operation is intuitive,and it has certain application value.
