摘要
为验证综合测试台测量卷烟物理指标的准确性,依据《GB/T 19610-2004 卷烟 通风的测定 定义和测量原理》和《GB/T 22838.5-2009 卷烟和滤棒物理性能的测定 第 5 部分:卷烟吸阻和滤棒压降》对卷烟的重量、标准吸阻和总通风度进行检测,采用Minitab15软件对综合测试台测定卷烟重量、标准吸阻和总通风度进行测量系统分析(以下简称MSA).结果表明:对于综合测试台测量系统,测量数据主要变异来自部件,其次是重复性.
Abstract
In order to verify the accuracy of the comprehensive testing platform in measuring the physical parameters of cigarettes,the weight,standard pressure drop,and total ventilation of cigarettes were tested based on the"GB/T 19610-2004 Definition and Measurement Principles of Cigarette Ventilation"and"GB/T 22838.5-2009 Determination of Physical Properties of Cigarettes and Filter Rods-Part 5:Cigarette Pressure Drop and Filter Rod Pressure Drop".Minitab 15 software was used to analyze the measurement system for standard pressure drop and total ventilation(hereinafter referred to as MSA).The results indicated that:For the measurement system of the comprehensive testing platform,the main variation of the measurement data comes from the samples,followed by repeatability.
