再循环原则下制浆白泥新型混凝土力学性能研究

摘要
为顺应再循环原则的废弃物资源转化理念,解决造纸工业环境污染及污染防治成本较高等问题,以制浆白泥为原料取代部分天然砂而优化制备了新型环保混凝土,并对其力学性能进行了测试表征.结果表明,发气剂铝粉用量为 1.6g时,制浆白泥新型环保混凝土发气便可充满模具且四角充满;随着制浆白泥用量增加,新型环保混凝土干密度并未明显变化,抗压强度迅速降低,吸水率与软化系数逐渐提高;随着硅灰用量增加,新型环保混凝土干密度变化并不显著,抗压强度迅速升高,吸水率与软化系数先升后降;制浆白泥为800g,硅灰为 200g时,新型环保混凝土力学性能均满足工程要求.
Abstract
In order to comply with the recycling principle of waste resource conversion and solve the problem of environmental pollution and high pollution prevention and control costs in the papermaking industry,a new type of environmentally friendly concrete is optimized by replacing some natural sand with pulping white mud as raw material,and its mechanical properties are tested and characterized.The results show that when the amount of aluminum powder used as the aerator is 1.6g,the new environmentally friendly concrete made of slurry white mud can be filled with air from the mold and all four corners can be filled;as the amount of slurry white mud increases,the dry density of the new environmentally friendly concrete does not show a significant change,the compressive strength rapidly decreases,and the water absorption rate and softening coefficient gradually increase;as the amount of silica fume increases,the dry density of the new environmentally friendly concrete does not change significantly,the compressive strength rapidly increases,and the water absorption rate and softening coefficient first increase and then decrease;when the slurry white mud is 800g and the silica fume is 200g,the mechanical properties of the new environmentally friendly concrete meet the engineering requirements.
