室外印刷装饰纸透气度对内层装修材料表面开裂性的影响研究

摘要
装修材料在室外环境下容易受到空气、阳光等的多重作用而出现表面开裂.为分析室外印刷装饰纸透气度对内层装修材料表面开裂性的影响,以不同透气度的印刷装饰纸为例,采用相同的工艺条件在装修材料表面进行贴敷,通过对比纸张透气度对浸胶量的影响和装修材料表面的开裂情况,以得到室外环境下印刷装饰纸透气度对内层装修材料表面开裂性的影响.结果表明:装饰纸的透气度越高则浸胶越简单,当透气度超过36.7s/100mL后,装修材料开始出现开裂现象.
Abstract
Decoration materials are prone to surface cracking under the multiple effects of air and sunlight in outdoor environments.In order to analyze the influence of air permeability of outdoor printing decorative paper on the surface cracking of inner decoration materials,printing decorative paper with different air permeability was taken as an example,and the same process conditions were applied on the surface of decoration materials.By comparing the influence of paper air permeability on the amount of glue and the cracking of the surface of decoration materials,The effect of the air permeability of printed decorative paper on the surface cracking of the inner decoration material under outdoor environment was obtained.The results show that the higher the permeability of decorative paper is,the easier the gluing is.When the permeability exceeds 36.7s/100mL,the cracking of decorative material begins.
