经济新常态下传统造纸产业转型发展的机遇与挑战

摘要
传统造纸产业生产理念、发展模式、组织结构等方面的弊端,在新常态下已经严重影响了整个行业的发展.创新转型升级,对促进传统造纸产业在全新环境中稳定发展的重要性不言而喻.基于此,简单阐明目前我国造纸产业的发展状况与转型发展的必要性,分析了经济新常态下传统造纸产业转型发展面临的种种机遇与挑战,针对生态环境约束、关键资源缺乏、国际经济环境变化等问题,提出经济新常态背景下促进传统造纸产业转型发展的有效策略,以期推动我国造纸行业的持续健康发展.
Abstract
The drawbacks of the traditional paper industry in terms of production concept,development model and organizational structure have seriously affected the development of the entire industry under the new normal.The importance of innovation,transformation and upgrading to promote the stable development of the traditional paper industry in a new environment is self-evident.Based on this,the development status and necessity of transformation and development of China's paper industry are briefly expounded,and various opportunities and challenges facing the transformation and development of traditional paper industry under the new normal of economy are analyzed.In view of the ecological environment constraints,the lack of key resources,the change of international economic environment and other issues,this paper puts forward effective strategies to promote the transformation and development of traditional paper industry under the background of the new normal economy,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's paper industry.
