摘要
为了适应市场需求的变化和激烈的竞争环境,造纸行业必须减少排放,加大绿色改造力度,走一条人民需要和可持续发展的道路.在这个过程中,高标准在造纸行业绿色化转变、产品质量和产能的提高等方面发挥着举足轻重的作用.基于此,从国内外造纸行业标准体系建设现状出发,梳理了标准化在地方、国家、国际层面上对我国造纸行业发展的推动作用,并结合绿色经济环境背景,给出了以高标准助推造纸行业绿色经济高质量发展的相应建议和战略,旨在深化高标准在我国造纸行业发展中的重要地位与深刻内涵,助推造纸产业绿色经济高质量发展.
Abstract
In order to adapt to the changes in market demand and the fierce competitive environment,the paper industry must reduce emissions,increase green transformation efforts,and take a path of people's needs and sustainable development.In this process,high standards play a pivotal role in the green transformation of the paper industry,product quality and productivity improvement.Based on this,starting from the current situation of the construction of the paper industry standard system at home and abroad,the promotion role of standardization on the development of China's paper industry at the local,national and international levels is combed,and combined with the background of green economy,the corresponding suggestions and strategies are given to boost the high-quality development of green economy in the paper industry with high standards.It aims to deepen the important position and profound connotation of high standards in the development of China's paper industry,and boost the high-quality development of green economy in the paper industry.
