摘要
造纸业作为当前和人们的生活息息相关的国民经济基础产业,它的发展一直饱受争议与关注.造纸业如何实现绿色可持续发展,进一步造福人类,成为一项备受关注的课题.与此同时,"节约型园林"作为当前园林绿化行业的发展方向,其坚持科学发展观,创建资源节约型环境友好型社会的理念已经获得了行业一致认可.基于此,首先分析了造纸行业的发展现状,其次从"节约型园林"的视角出发,构建了我国造纸业绿色可持续发展的理论框架,最后基于这一理论框架,为实现我国造纸业绿色可持续发展,从资源节约、环境友好、政策引导、公众参与四个方面提出了切实可行的建议.
Abstract
As a basic industry of national economy closely related to People's life,the development of paper industry has been controversial and concerned.How to realize green and sustainable development of paper industry and benefit mankind further has become a subject of great concern.At the same time,as the development direction of the current landscape industry,the concept of"Conservation-oriented landscape architecture",which adheres to the Scientific Outlook on Development and creates a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,has been unanimously accepted by the industry.In this paper,first of all,the paper analyzes the development of the paper industry,secondly,from the angle of"Economical Garden",it constructs the theoretical framework of green and sustainable development of our country's paper industry,,and finally,based on this theoretical framework,in order to realize the green and sustainable development of paper industry in our country,practical suggestions are put forward from four aspects:resource saving,environment-friendly,policy guidance and public participation.
