摘要
为全面贯彻乡村振兴战略,应深入发掘活化乡村优秀传统文化资源,以文化产业赋能乡村经济社会发展.乡村振兴是国家重要战略目标,其对中国传统文化的保护和传承有着深远影响,而新疆地区拥有丰富的非物质文化遗产,应将非物质文化遗产保护传承工作与乡村振兴深度融合,充分发挥非遗文化的善治性作用,从而增强乡村治理效果.基于此,以新疆桑皮纸非遗技艺为例,探讨乡村振兴背景下创新性保护桑皮纸的措施,以供参考.
Abstract
In order to fully implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we should deeply explore and activate the excellent traditional cultural resources in rural areas,and enable rural economic and social development with cultural industry.Rural revitalization is an important national strategic goal,which has a profound impact on the protection and inheritance of traditional Chinese culture.Xinjiang,with its rich intangible cultural heritage,deeply integrates the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage with rural revitalization,giving full play to the good governance of intangible cultural heritage,and thus improving the effect of rural governance.This paper takes Xinjiang mulberry paper intangible heritage technology as an example to explore innovative measures to protect mulberry paper under the background of rural revitalization for reference.
