Flexible wearable sensors can adapt to the deformation of human skin, has good environmental matching, and has a large market demand in human health and motion monitoring and other related fields. In recent years, paper materials have shown strong application potential in the field of flexible sensors with their advantages of flexibility, green environmental protection and low cost.Based on this, the classification and working mechanism of paper-based flexible sensors are briefly described.A composite paper-based flexible sensor is prepared by combining dynamic polymer with MXene paper-based sensing material. The mechanical properties of the composite paper-based flexible sensor are tested and analyzed. The sensor can be applied to the motion monitoring of finger joints, cervical vertebrae and other parts of the human body, and can also be used to monitor the ECG signal of the human body in the state of motion. In the future, the functionality of paper-based flexible sensors will be more perfect to meet the needs of more application scenarios.
