摘要
为验证综合测试台测量卷烟物理指标的准确性,依据《GB/T 19610-2004 卷烟 通风的测定 定义和测量原理》和《GB/T 22838.5-2009 卷烟和滤棒物理性能的测定 第 5 部分:卷烟吸阻和滤棒压降》对卷烟的重量、标准吸阻和总通风度进行检测,依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的方法建立数学公式,分析综合测试台测定卷烟重量、标准吸阻和总通风度的相对标准不确定度.结果表明:A类和B类不确定度中,测试大气温湿度引入的不确定度最大;当卷烟样品重量平均值为 642 mg·支-1 时,其相对扩展不确定度Ure=4.4%(p=95%,k=2);当卷烟样品标准吸阻平均值为 1285 Pa时,其相对扩展不确定度Ure=4.6%(p=95%,k=2);当卷烟样品总通风度平均值为 22.4%时,其相对扩展不确定度Ure=5.0%(p=95%,k=2).
Abstract
In order to verify the accuracy of the comprehensive testing platform in measuring the physical parameters of cigarettes,the weight,standard pressure drop,and total ventilation of cigarettes were tested based on the"GB/T 19610-2004 Definition and Measurement Principles of Cigarette Ventilation"and"GB/T 22838.5-2009 Determination of Physical Properties of Cigarettes and Filter Rods-Part 5:Cigarette Pressure Drop and Filter Rod Pressure Drop".JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty"was used to analyze the relative standard uncertainty of cigarette weight,standard pressure drop,and total ventilation.The results indicated that:Effects of repeatability,reproducibility,airflow rate,testing atmosphere,and standard rods on measurement uncertainty in Class A and Class B uncertainties were investigated,among which the uncertainty introduced by testing temperature and humidity is the greatest;When the average weight of each cigarette sample is 642 mg,its relative expanded uncertainty Ure=4.4%(p=95%,k=2);When the average standard pressure drop of the cigarette sample is 1285 Pa,its relative expanded uncertainty Ure=4.6%(p=95%,k=2);When the average total ventilation of the cigarette sample is 22.4%,its relative expanded uncertainty Ure=5.0%(p=95%,k=2).
