Phenolic resin has good wear resistance and thermal stability,and is often used for bonding carbon fiber board and TPU board of basketball shoes.In order to reduce the preparation cost of phenolic resin adhesive and improve its comprehensive performance to a certain extent,a special adhesive for basketball shoes modified by phenolic resin modified by bamboo fiber,phenol and formaldehyde was prepared.The results showed that when the mass ratio of bamboo fiber to phenol was 1.0:4.5,and the molar ratio of formaldehyde,sodium hydroxide to phenol was 1.8:0.4:1.0,the comprehensive properties of phenolic resin adhesive modified by bamboo fiber were the best,which could better meet the needs of high-end basketball shoes.
