In paper production,real-time and accurate detection of the existence of paper defects,and judge the type of paper defects,reverse tracing of the source of the disease is of great significance for improving the quality and quality of paper.Computer image processing technology has the advantages of fast speed,high precision and non-contact,and has been widely used in the field of paper defect detection.Based on this,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the common architecture of the existing paper defect detection and identification system,proposes the architecture design scheme of the intelligent paper defect image processing and identification system in FPGA+PC mode,introduces the hardware design and software design of the system,and determines the computer image processing algorithm of paper defect identification and classification.Finally,the test shows that the paper defect identification system can identify and classify paper defects well,and meet the detection requirements.
