摘要

为了研究石墨烯纸基传感器在人体运动中的作用,选择无尘纸为基底,使用石墨烯-碳纳米导电涂料混合聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为涂层.基于涂料和PDMS粘性导电特点,构建传感器基底列阵结构,制作传感器信号采集系统,开展传感器灵敏度与稳定性测试.结果显示压力处于10kPa至30kPa之间时,数值为3.27kPa-1,灵敏度与稳定性良好;此外,对人体运动中产生的微小动作和剧烈动作都可起到较好的检测效果.

Abstract

In order to study the function of graphene paper-based sensor in human motion,dust-free paper was selected as the substrate,and graphene-carbon nano-conductive coating mixed with polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was used as the coating.Based on the viscous conductive characteristics of paint and PDMS,the sensor substrate network structure is constructed,the sensor signal acquisition system is made,and the sensitivity and stability of the sensor are tested.The results show that when the pressure is between 10kPa and 30kPa,the value is 3.27kPa-1,and the sensitivity and stability are good.In addition,it can play a good detection effect in both small and violent movements produced in human movement.
