摘要

建立基于虚拟现实技术的造纸流程可视化平台是对造纸工艺最直接的了解途径.陈旧的可视化平台在应用过程中画面的还原度较低,而通过虚拟现实技术可以将可视化水平提高到新的高度.基于此,通过激光设备对造纸流程的信息进行多维度的扫描与记录,主要包括造纸设备、原材料、生产环境等,利用点对点配对以及逐点确认的方法保证三维建模的高精确度.平台通过对模型进行一定的纹理映射和光照处理,来提高视频画面的视觉效果和还原度.操作人员可以通过交互方式对虚拟模型进行控制,以得到更加直观和全面的造纸流程展示画面.基于虚拟现实技术的应用为造纸行业的发展提供了新的动力,也为相关领域的发展带来了新的机遇.

Abstract

Establishing a visualization platform for the papermaking process based on virtual reality technology is the most direct way to understand the papermaking process.Traditional visualization platforms have a low degree of image restoration during the application process,but virtual reality technology can improve the level of visualization to new heights.This article uses laser equipment to scan and record the information of the papermaking process in multiple dimensions,mainly including papermaking equipment,raw materials,production environment,etc.The method of point-to-point pairing and point-to-point confirmation is used to ensure the high accuracy of 3D modeling.The platform enhances the visual effect and restoration of video images by applying texture mapping and lighting processing to the model.Operators can control the virtual model through interactive means to obtain a more intuitive and comprehensive display of the papermaking process.The application of virtual reality technology has provided new impetus for the development of the paper industry and also brought new opportunities for the development of related fields.
