With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous advancement of intelligent manufacturing,accelerating the management of electronic information has become an important way for paper enterprises to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,quality and efficiency improvement.This paper analyzes the necessity and significance of promoting electronic information management in papermaking enterprises.On this basis,based on advanced manufacturing execution system(MES)and enterprise resource planning(ERP),the paper enterprise management electronic information model covering production management,supply chain management,equipment management,energy management and other links is designed.And from the top-level design,infrastructure construction,business process optimization,data management,talent team construction and other aspects,put forward the corresponding implementation strategy.The research results have important reference value for papermaking enterprises to speed up the digital,networked and intelligent transformation and promote the high-quality development of the paper industry.
