With the rapid development of digital technology,digital innovation has been regarded as the core of driving the development of digital economy,and has also become a new paradigm of manufacturing enterprise innovation.Research on how to improve the quality of enterprise digital innovation has a positive effect on industrial transformation and upgrading,so the current academia and industry have focused on the key connotation and implementation process of digital innovation research.Taking S enterprise as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the process mechanism of digital innovation and capability reconstruction for reference.
