The paper industry is an important part of China's national economy,but it is also a traditional manufacturing industry with high energy consumption,high emissions and high pollution.With the increasing pressure on resources and environment and the proposal of the concept of green development,it has become an urgent task to promote the green transformation and upgrading of the paper industry.Based on the analysis of green industry policy as an important means to promote the green transformation of paper industry,this paper analyzes the multiple impacts of China's green industry policy system on paper industry from four dimensions:resource-saving policy,environment-friendly policy,green technology innovation policy and industrial structure adjustment policy.And then put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green transformation and upgrading of the paper industry,such as improving the green industry policy system,strengthening green technology innovation,optimizing the industrial layout structure,developing circular economy,and improving green financial services,in order to provide decision-making reference for promoting the high-quality development of the paper industry.
