Green and low-carbon development has become an important engine to promote high-quality development during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,which is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of the paper industry and sustainable development.On the basis of analyzing the significance of green and low-carbon development to the paper industry,this paper intends to analyze the prominent problems existing in raw material selection,production process,energy utilization,pollution control and other aspects of the paper industry,and focus on the dimensions of clean production,circular economy,intelligent manufacturing,etc.,to promote the green and low-carbon development of the paper industry and accelerate the green transformation and upgrading.In order to make a modest contribution to the long-term development of paper enterprises under the guidance of the new development concept and achieve high-quality development.
