This paper discusses the differences of main physical indexes of imported hemp pulp,imported flax pulp,domestic hemp pulp and domestic flax pulp through beating treatment,sheet verification and production practice.The results show that the imported hemp pulp is more difficult to beat than the domestic hemp pulp,the degree of fiber separation and brooming is high,and the fiber cutting is less;Imported flax and domestic flax are easy to beat,and the difference of fiber cutting degree is not obvious;The permeability of paper made from imported hemp alone is more suitable for cigarette paper than other types of hemp pulp,and the tensile strength and elongation are also significantly higher than other types of hemp pulp.
