In the process of enhancing the treatment of brittle paper cultural relics,the repair of paper mainly relies on fiber in-situ grafting technology,without considering the root cause of aging,resulting in a high tear index of the repaired paper.Therefore,it is proposed to apply deacidification reinforcement technology to the restoration process of brittle paper cultural relics.Using Kirsch operator to analyze brittle paper cultural relics images captured from multiple angles,obtaining edge features and calculating image edge strength,and comparing with reference images to detect surface fouling of cultural relics.Applying laser cleaning technology to generate thermal shock on the surface of cultural relics paper,removing nanoscale pollutant particles.By utilizing the atmospheric pressure non-equilibrium plasma structure,OH-ions in the deacidifying agent solution are transferred to paper and neutralized with acidic substances to achieve acid removal and restoration of cultural relics.Finally,using centrifugal electrospinning equipment,the polyvinylidene fluoride material is converted into fibers and covered on the restored cultural relics after acid removal,achieving the goal of reinforcing brittle paper cultural relics.The experimental results show that after using deacidification reinforcement technology to restore brittle paper cultural relics,the paper undergoes 18 days of UV aging treatment,and the tear index of the paper is 1.5mN·m2·g-1,which better meets the requirements of cultural relics protection.
