摘要

碳纤维、玻璃纤维复合材料等虽然具备极为优异的性能,但在生产、使用、废弃物处理环节却普遍存在一定的污染问题.为解决这一问题,以竹纤维这一天然纤维制备了一种增强复合材料,并以某型号健身器材的受力结构为例,对竹纤维增强复合材料的拉伸破坏行为进行分析.结果表明:材料离散单元尺寸、纤维体积百分含量、纤维强度分布等因素均会对竹纤维增强复合材料健身器材受力结构拉伸破坏行为造成影响,但影响程度和规律存在差异.

Abstract

Although carbon fiber and glass fiber composite materials have extremely excellent properties,there are some pollution problems in production,use and waste treatment.In order to solve this problem,a reinforced composite material was prepared from bamboo fiber,and the tensile failure behavior of bamboo fiber reinforced composite was analyzed by taking the stress structure of a certain type of fitness equipment as an example.The results show that the size of discrete unit,the percentage of fiber volume and the distribution of fiber strength can affect the tensile failure behavior of bamboo fiber reinforced composite fitness equipment,but the degree and regularity of the influence are different.
