摘要

活性氧化镁是一种较为常见的土壤加固绿色低碳环保材料,常被用于岩土工程、建筑工程等领域.以天然植物纤维中的椰壳纤维为改性材料对活性氧化镁碳化固化粉质黏土进行改性和制备,通过试验方式对改性后的黏土综合性能进行测试.结果表明:椰壳纤维的掺入可以显著提升活性氧化镁碳化固化粉质黏土的力学性能,当椰壳纤维的掺量为 0.3%时,活性氧化镁碳化固化粉质黏土的抗压强度和抗剪强度值最高,但当椰壳纤维的掺量超过 0.4%后,这种提升效果反而逐渐下降.

Abstract

Active magnesium oxide is a relatively common green and low-carbon environmental protection material for soil reinforcement,which is often used in geotechnical engineering,building engineering and other fields.The active magnesia carbonated solidified silty clay was modified and prepared with coconut shell fiber from natural plant fiber.The comprehensive properties of the modified clay were tested by experiment.The results show that the addition of coconut shell fiber can significantly improve the mechanical properties of activated magnesia carbonated solidified silty clay.When the content of coconut shell fiber is 0.3%,the compressive strength and shear strength of activated magnesia carbonated solidified silty clay are the highest,but when the content of coconut shell fiber exceeds 0.4%,the improvement effect gradually decreases.
