摘要

纸张表面缺陷会影响纸张的外观和质量,降低产品的质量.通过使用计算机视觉系统进行缺陷检测,可以及时发现并剔除有缺陷的纸张,确保产品的一致性和高质量.基于此,在介绍纸张缺陷检测技术的基础上,介绍检测数据集构建与预处理方法,分析计算机视觉传达纸张表面缺陷检测系统的设计,结合系统实现与性能评估方法进行探讨,推动纸张行业的发展和创新,实现更高级的自动化和智能化生产.

Abstract

Paper surface defects can affect the appearance and quality of the paper and reduce the quality of the product.By using a computer vision system for defect detection,defective paper can be detected and rejected in a timely manner to ensure consistency and high quality of the product.In this paper,based on the introduction of paper defect detection technology,we analyze the construction of detection data sets and pre-processing methods,analyze the design of computer vision-conveyed paper surface defect detection systems,and discuss the system implementation and performance evaluation methods to promote the development and innovation of the paper industry and achieve more advanced automation and intelligent production.
