摘要

为实现针对造纸机干燥部的自动化管理,节约造纸企业的蒸汽使用量,降低纸张生产成本,基于造纸机干燥部的基本工艺流程对闪蒸罐液位、气罩送风温度和气罩露点温度实施重点监控,并通过S7-300 PLC控制技术对相关环境的车间设备进行自动化控制.在此基础上,通过STEP7 软件编辑自动化管理方案运行程序,并采用Win CC 组态软件组建终端操作界面.经试验研究发现,所设计的系统终端操作界面友好直观,数据信息交互方便快捷,造纸企业5个月内的平均吨纸汽耗量下降了0.214吨,纸张生产成本进一步降低.

Abstract

In order to achieve automated management for the drying section of paper machines,save steam usage in paper enterprises,and reduce paper production costs,this study is based on the basic process flow of the drying section of paper machines to implement point monitoring on the liquid level of the flash tank,the temperature of the hood feed water,and the dew point temperature of the hood.The workshop equipment in the relevant environment is automatically controlled through S7-300 PLC control technology.On this basis,the automation management scheme is edited and the program is run using STEP7 software,and the terminal operation interface is constructed using Win CC configuration software.Through experimental research,it was found that the system terminal designed in this study has a friendly and intuitive operating interface,convenient and fast data and information exchange.The average paper steam consumption per ton in papermaking enterprises within 5 months has decreased by 0.214 tons,further reducing paper production costs.
