In order to achieve effective prediction of paper breakage events in pulp and paper production lines,and to buy equipment debugging time for on-site workshop workers.This study extracted relevant production and operation parameters based on the fault analysis results currently mastered by a certain papermaking enterprise,and preprocessed the relevant parameters to obtain the characteristic parameters of the original production data.Based on the characteristics of the production data,a mathematical model for predicting paper breakage was established.To verify the effectiveness of the paper breakage prediction model,this study applied the model to actual production and tested its predictive performance.According to the test results,the paper break prediction model can give alarm information 11 minutes and 30 seconds before the paper break fault occurs in the pulp and paper system,so that the staff can adjust the equipment operating parameters before the paper break fault occurs,and reduce the economic losses caused by the paper break,which has certain application value.
