摘要

随着信息技术的飞速进步,造纸行业正经历着一场革命,生产自动化与质量管理水平得到了质的飞跃.这场变革背后,基于计算机视觉的图像处理技术功不可没.它在木质纤维检测、纸浆质量分析、涂料均匀度评估、纸张成型监控及其性能评估等方面发挥着至关重要的作用.特别是在纸浆纤维与纸张缺陷诊断领域,这一技术的应用尤为广泛.通过深入研究图像去噪、增强、边缘识别、图像分割及分类等技术,利用计算机视觉对纸张缺陷进行智能检测,不仅显著减少了因人为因素带来的误差,提升了检测效率,还提高了检测的精准度.这不仅预示着造纸工艺的未来发展方向,还揭示了信息技术与传统制造业深度融合的巨大潜力,预示着其在推动产业升级、提升经济效益方面的巨大潜力.

Abstract

With the rapid progress of information technology,the paper industry is experiencing a revolution,production automation and quality management level has been a qualitative leap.Behind this change,image processing technology based on computer vision has played a vital role in wood fiber detection,pulp quality analysis,paint uniformity evaluation,paper molding monitoring and performance evaluation.Especially in the field of pulp fiber and paper defect diagnosis,this technology is especially widely used.Through in-depth study of image denoising,enhancement,edge recognition,image segmentation and classification and other technologies,the use of computer vision for intelligent detection of paper defects not only significantly reduces the error caused by human factors,improves the detection efficiency,but also improves the accuracy of detection.This not only indicates the future development direction of the paper making process,but also reveals the great potential of the deep integration of information technology and traditional manufacturing,indicating its great potential in promoting industrial upgrading and improving economic benefits.
