In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,computer business integration system(CBIS)has been widely used in the management of pulp and paper enterprises.CBIS technology can effectively improve the level of enterprise information management,intelligent optimal scheduling and scientific decision analysis.However,in practical application,there are still some problems such as low system integration,poor data quality,and business process to be optimized.This paper analyzes the necessity of CBIS technology in the management of pulp and paper enterprises,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward optimization strategies from three aspects:top-level design,strengthening integration and focusing application,in order to provide reference for the digital transformation of pulp and paper enterprises.
