Ancient papermaking is one of the intangible cultural heritages in China,which has strong technical,cultural and historical value.Several kinds of ancient papermaking techniques and paper characteristics existing in China are analyzed,and the living inheritance ideas of ancient papermaking in China are summarized.It is believed that traditional techniques can be integrated with modern industry,traditional inheritance methods can be broken through,and personalized publicity can be carried out to inherit ancient papermaking,and the fusion value and fusion ideas of ancient papermaking and modern visual design are analyzed.This paper summarizes the principles,ideas and elements design methods of the two in the form of cases,aiming to provide reference for the living inheritance of ancient papermaking.
