Research on the Construction of the"7S"Student Management Model in the Light Industry Engineering Major from the Perspective of Collaborative Education
In order to optimize the effectiveness of student management and promote the comprehensive development of students,taking the light engineering major of Shangluo University as an example,this paper deeply explores the construction of the"7S"student management model and the"four platforms four collaborations"multidimensional evaluation mechanism.Firstly,the concept of collaborative education was briefly elaborated;Secondly,analyze the current situation of students majoring in Light Chemical Engineering at Shangluo University;Once again,build a"7S"management model centered on"comprehensive education",which emphasizes the importance of disciplinary awareness,harmonious growth atmosphere,management and education functions,emotional identity goals,ability development advocacy,and comprehensive improvement orientation in student management.Based on this,build a"four platforms four collaborations"multidimensional evaluation mechanism;Finally,analyze and explore the significance of reconstructing the student management model.
