Curtain coating technology is a non-contact,suitable for high-speed coating imitative coating technology,widely used in the production of pressure-sensitive adhesive labels . In actual production,due to the need of label product performance,the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating wet mass up to 30g/m2-60 g/m2,it is easy to appear "heel" problem. This article takes the principle of curtain coating as guidance,discusses the methods to solving the "heel" problem in high-coating weight. Thays are improve the paint solid content,adding microbeads fillers and adding anti-high-shear rheology additives. The result shows that increasing the paint solid content up to 60％,or adding no more than 15％ proportion of microbeads fillers or adding no more than 0.6％ anti-high-shear rheology additives is effective.
