摘要

骨胶是一种常见的中国传统书法用纸表面施胶材料.为得到骨胶对传统书法用纸性能的具体影响规律,以国内某品牌骨胶和宣纸为例,按照质量分数为0.0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%的原则配制骨胶水溶液,借助相关仪器对不同骨胶用量条件下宣纸纸张的定量、厚度、抗张强度等指标进行对比测试.结果表明,随着骨胶用量提升,宣纸的物理性能呈现出先提升后下降的变化状态,当骨胶水溶液中骨胶的质量分数为2.0%时,宣纸的综合性能尤其物理性能最佳.

Abstract

Bone glue is a common surface sizing material for traditional Chinese calligraphy paper. In order to obtain the specific effect of bone glue on the properties of traditional calligraphy paper,a domestic brand of bone glue and rice paper were taken as an example,and bone glue aqueous solution was configured according to the principle of mass fraction of 0.0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%. The quantitative,thickness,tensile strength and other indexes of rice paper with different amounts of bone glue were compared by means of relevant instruments. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of bone glue,the physical properties of rice paper showed a change state of first increase and then decrease. When the mass fraction of bone glue in aqueous solution was 2.0%,the comprehensive properties of rice paper were the best.
