摘要

随着科技的进步和工业4.0的推进,智能控制系统在精细化工行业的应用日益广泛.基于此,深入探讨了智能控制系统在生产过程中对提高生产效率、降低生产成本、增强生产安全性和环保性,以及对行业长期发展的影响,认为智能控制系统在工艺优化和智能控制等领域的应用前景广阔,但智能控制系统在复杂模块中进行数据收集、分析及控制的难度和专业技术人才的培养等仍需进一步研究和探索,从而解决实际应用中的智控问题,并推动行业向更智能、更绿色的方向发展.

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology and the advancement of industry 4.0,the application of intelligent control systems in the fine chemical industry is becoming more and more widespread. This paper discusses in depth the impact of intelligent control systems in the production process on improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,enhancing production safety and environmental protection,as well as on the long-term development of the industry. It is believed that the application of intelligent control system in the field of process optimization and intelligent control has a broad prospect,but the difficulty of data collection,analysis and control of intelligent control system in complex modules and the cultivation of professional and technical personnel still need to be further researched and explored. Thus,we can solve the problem of intelligent control in practical applications and promote the industry to develop in the direction of smarter and greener.
