摘要

节能减排是造纸行业实现可持续发展的重要议题.生活用纸造纸机是造纸行业的主要耗能设备,其能耗水平直接影响企业的经济效益和资源利用效率.但由于纸机能耗影响因素多样,能耗数据来源复杂,如何从海量异构数据中挖掘有价值的节能信息,是智慧造纸亟待突破的技术瓶颈.基于此,针对生活用纸造纸机能耗数据的复杂性、多样性等特点,在分析数据挖掘技术应用必要性的基础上,研究了数据预处理、挖掘算法选择、可视化展示等关键技术,提出了一种包括统一数据标准、搭建采集管理平台、构建挖掘模型的生活用纸造纸机能耗数据挖掘的实践方法.

Abstract

Energy saving and emission reduction is an important issue for the sustainable development of the paper industry. Household paper machine is the main energy consuming equipment in paper industry,and its energy consumption level directly affects the economic benefit and resource utilization efficiency of enterprises. However,due to the diverse factors affecting the energy consumption of paper machines and the complex sources of energy consumption data,how to mine valuable energy-saving information from massive heterogeneous data is the technical bottleneck to be broken through in smart paper making. In view of the complexity and diversity of energy consumption data of household paper machine,this paper studies key technologies such as data preprocessing,mining algorithm selection and visual display on the basis of analyzing the application necessity of data mining technology. A practical method of energy consumption data mining for household paper machine is proposed,which includes unified data standard,establishment of collection management platform and construction of mining model.
