摘要

近年来,机器视觉技术已经成为工业检测领域一项应用前景十分广阔的高新技术,也成为纸张瑕疵智能检测工作的一个研究热点.在此背景下,简单分析了基于机器视觉的纸张表面瑕疵检测现状,重点在机器视觉技术支持下,设计与实现了纸张瑕疵智能检测系统,明确了检测系统的整体结构、硬件选型,提出了有针对性的图像处理关键算法,最后完成对各类瑕疵的检测试验.结果表明:各类瑕疵平均检出率在98%左右,获得了较好的瑕疵检测效果.

Abstract

In recent years,machine vision technology has become a high-tech application prospect in the field of industrial inspection,and has also become a research hotspot in the intelligent detection of paper defects. In this context,the paper briefly analyzes the current situation of paper surface defect detection based on machine vision,focuses on the support of machine vision technology,designs and implements an intelligent paper defect detection system,defines the overall structure and hardware selection of the detection system,proposes targeted key algorithms for image processing,and finally completes the detection test of various defects. The results show that:The average detection rate of all kinds of defects is about 98%,and a good defect detection effect is obtained.
