摘要

植物纤维作为一般混凝土外掺纤维时可以非常显著地改变混凝土结构件的力学性能.为得到植物纤维对一般混凝土加固作用的效果和不同植物纤维加固作用的差异性,以天然竹纤维、椰壳纤维、黄麻纤维三种植物纤维为例对相同配比的混凝土进行混掺,并分析不同混凝土的综合性能.结果表明:所有纤维的掺入均可以提升一般混凝土的综合性能,但天然竹纤维掺入一般混凝土后,对混凝土结构件的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗冲击强度等的提升最为显著.

Abstract

Plant fiber can significantly change the mechanical properties of concrete structural components when it is used as a general concrete fiber. In order to obtain the reinforcement effect of plant fiber on general concrete and the difference of reinforcement effect of different plant fibers,natural bamboo fiber,coir fiber and jute fiber were used as examples to blend concrete with the same ratio and analyze the comprehensive performance of different concrete. The results show that the addition of all fiber can improve the comprehensive performance of general concrete,but the natural bamboo fiber has the most significant improvement on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and impact strength of concrete structure.
