摘要

发泡材料是当前运动鞋领域常见的鞋底用料之一.为解决传统发泡材料难降解、环保性差等问题,以阔叶木纤维、聚乙烯醇、聚酯等为原材料制备了一种运动鞋发泡缓冲鞋底,并以聚二甲基硅氧烷等材料对该鞋底材料进行疏水改性.针对该材料的综合性能进行试验分析,结果表明:经过疏水性改性后的发泡材料较未改性前的压缩强度从183.36kPa提升至222.97kPa,静态缓冲系数为0.06,动态缓冲系数为20.17,水接触角超过154.1°,是一种极为理想的运动鞋发泡材料.

Abstract

Foaming material is one of the most common sole materials in the field of sports shoes. In order to solve the problems of difficult degradation and poor environmental protection of traditional foam materials,a kind of foam cushioning sole of sports shoes was prepared with broadleaf wood fiber,polyvinyl alcohol and polyester as raw materials,and the material was modified with polydimethicone and other materials. The comprehensive properties of the material were tested and analyzed. The results showed that:After hydrophobic modification,the compressive strength of the foam material is increased from 183.36kPa to 222.97kPa,the static buffer coefficient is 0.06,the dynamic buffer coefficient is 20.17,and the water contact Angle is more than 154.1°,which is a very ideal sports shoe foam material.
