摘要
数字经济是以数字化知识和信息为关键生产要素,以数字技术创新为核心驱动力,以现代信息网络为重要载体,通过数字技术与实体经济深度融合,不断提高经济数字化、网络化、智能化水平的一系列经济活动.基于此,分析了数字经济与造纸企业高质量发展的关系,剖析了数字经济通过优化资源配置、促进转型升级、增强创新能力、提升价值创造力等机理赋能造纸企业高质量发展,并从数字化转型、创新驱动、融合发展、提质增效四个方面提出了数字经济赋能造纸企业高质量发展的现实路径,为推动造纸行业数字化转型、实现高质量可持续发展提供决策参考.
Abstract
Digital economy is a series of economic activities in which digital knowledge and information are the key factors of production,digital technology innovation is the core driving force,and modern information network is the important carrier. Through the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy,the level of digital economy,networking and intelligence is constantly improved. Based on this,the relationship between digital economy and high-quality development of papermaking enterprises is analyzed,and the mechanism of digital economy enabling high-quality development of papermaking enterprises through optimizing resource allocation,promoting transformation and upgrading,enhancing innovation ability and enhancing value creativity is analyzed. And from the four aspects of digital transformation,innovation-driven,integrated development,quality and efficiency improvement,the digital economy to enable paper enterprises to develop high-quality realistic path,to promote the paper industry digital transformation,to achieve high-quality sustainable development to provide decision-making reference.
