摘要

随着"互联网+"技术的蓬勃发展,制浆造纸企业管理模式的创新、竞争优势的增强以及战略转型都需要依赖互联网技术,该技术已从企业发展辅助工具转变为企业管理与运营不可或缺的资源.对此,梳理了现阶段制浆造纸企业管理创新面临的种种困境,分析了"互联网+"技术对制浆造纸企业管理能力与优势的影响,探究了"互联网+"技术支持下促进制浆造纸企业管理创新的路径与措施,提出打造智能化工厂简化流程管理、建设电商营销平台优化经济管理、依托互联网创新服务管理等措施,意在推动互联网时代制浆造纸企业管理模式的创新,实现造纸企业长期稳定发展.

Abstract

With the vigorous development of "Internet+" technology,pulp and paper enterprises' management model innovation,competitive advantage enhancement and strategic transformation all need to rely on Internet technology,which has been transformed from an auxiliary tool for enterprise development to an indispensable resource for enterprise management and operation. In this regard,this paper sorts out the difficulties facing the management innovation of pulp and paper enterprises at the present stage,analyzes the influence of "Internet+" technology on the management ability and advantages of pulp and paper enterprises,and explores the path and measures to promote the management innovation of pulp and paper enterprises with the support of "Internet+" technology. It is proposed to build intelligent factories to simplify process management,build e-commerce marketing platforms to optimize economic management,rely on the Internet to innovate service management,etc.,in order to promote the innovation of pulp and paper enterprise management mode in the Internet era and achieve long-term and stable development.
