摘要

智能制造水平的提高,是迈向制造业强国的重要标志之一.随着造纸特色产业的智能化转型与发展,智能制造类人才需求持续上涨.基于此,简述了面向造纸特色产业的智能制造人才新需求,针对现阶段智能制造类人才培养在基础设施设备、校企合作机制、政府职能作用发挥等方面存在的不足之处,开展面向造纸特色产业的智能制造类人才培养模式探索与实践:创新校企合作机制,为地方特色产业振兴发展提供人才保障;内外协同进行工匠精神培养,提升人才的职业能力;地方政府职能归位,发挥对特色产业人才培养的制度保障、物质保障和服务保障等作用.

Abstract

The level of intelligent manufacturing is one of the important signs of manufacturing power. With the intelligent transformation and development of the paper industry,the demand for intelligent manufacturing talents continues to rise. This paper briefly describes the new demand for intelligent manufacturing talents for the paper making industry. In view of the shortcomings of the current intelligent manufacturing talent training in infrastructure equipment,school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,government functions and other aspects,the exploration and practice of intelligent manufacturing talent training mode for the paper making industry are carried out:Innovate the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism to provide talent guarantee for the revitalization and development of local industries with local characteristics;Cooperate with internal and external artisan spirit training to enhance the professional ability of talents;The function of local government should be returned to the position,and the system guarantee,material guarantee and service guarantee for the training of talents in characteristic industries should be brought into play.
