基于一维水质模型的湟水干流纳污能力计算

根据湟水干流各水文站的监测资料,以多年平均最枯月90%保证率的平均流量作为设计流量,将河流主要污染物控制指标化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH3-N)作为控制因子.利用一维水质模型,定量计算出青海湟水干流水功能区纳污能力,COD纳污能力为13 250.0 t/a,NH3-N纳污能力为543.3t/a.通过计算分析得出各水功能区化学需氧量和氨氮纳污能力的理论结果,可为实行最严格水资源管理制度考核、进一步实施各阶段纳污限排的各项指标、确保水资源的可持续利用、支持国民经济的可持续发展提供理论决策依据.
Calculation of assimilative capacity in Huangshui River based on one-dimensional water quality model
According to the monitoring data of each hydrologic station in Huangshui,the average flow rate of 90% reliability of many years,COD and NH3-N as the control factors of main pollutants in the river.The one-dimensional water quality model are used to quantitative calculation the water assimilative capacity of the Huangshui River in the water functional area,COD and NH3-H assimilative capacity are 13 250.0 t/a and 543.3 t/a.Through the calculation and analysis,the theoretical results of chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen pollutant capacity in each water functional area can be obtained for the implementation of the most stringent water resources management system assessment,the further implementation of the various stages of pollutant discharge limit indicators to ensure that water resources sustainable use,support the sustainable development of the national economy to provide theoretical basis for decision making.
