沿空掘巷技术可以提高煤炭资源利用率,降低巷道维修成本,减少掘进工作面局部防突工程量,促进矿井安全生产.为保证矿井煤与瓦斯突出防治做到科学合理,以丰阳煤矿11104回风巷煤层为研究对象,探讨了非稳定流场内掘进巷道煤壁内煤体瓦斯含量的变化趋势,计算了卸压带宽度.研究结果表明,经过排放瓦斯后的瓦斯含量降低区宽度可以用巷道宽度的3~4倍进行估算,11104回风巷沿空条带煤柱卸压带宽度至少13~16 m;沿空条带煤体有效卸压范围只包括破裂区和大部分塑性区,计算出丰阳煤矿11104回风巷沿空条带煤体的理论卸压宽度达20 m;确定11104回风巷沿空掘巷条带煤体有效卸压宽度达30 m,11104回风巷下帮20 m范围内已消除煤与瓦斯突出危险性.
Research on gas pressure relief range of gob-side entry driving coal rib in Fengyang Coal Mine
Gob-side entry driving technology can greatly increase the utilization rate of coal resources,reduce the maintenance cost of roadway,reduce the local anti-outburst engineering of driving working face,and promote mine safety.In order to ensure the scientific and reasonable prevention and control of coal and gas outbursts in the mine,taking the No.11104 return airway coal seam of Fengyang Coal Mine as the research object,the changing trend of gas content in the coal rib of the excavation roadway in the unstable flow field was ex-plored,and the width of the pressure relief zone was calculated.The results show that the width of the gas content reduction zone after gas emission can be estimated by 3~4 times of the roadway width,and the width of the pressure relief zone of the No.11104 return air-way along the goaf strip coal pillar should be at least 13~16 m.The effective pressure relief range of goaf strip coal body only includes the fracture zone and most of the plastic zone.The theoretical pressure relief width of the goaf strip coal body in the No.11104 return airway of Fengyang Coal Mine is calculated to be 20 m.It is determined that the effective pressure relief width of coal body in the gob-side entry driving strip of the No.11104 return airway is 30 m,and the risk of coal and gas outburst has been eliminated within a 20 m range of the lower side of the No.11104 return airway.
