底抽巷水力冲孔煤水输送及计量系统设计

为了实现底抽巷水力冲孔排出煤水混合物的高效清理输送,构建了 一套由煤渣破碎泵送装置、煤渣精准计量装置、振动式煤水分离机、过滤水循环再利用设备及管道装置等构成的水力冲孔煤水混合物远距离输送及计量系统,对系统的关键设备进行了设计,分析了利用流量计和浓度计对管道输送时的煤渣量进行在线实时计量的工作原理.现场试验结果表明,该系统能够实现对水力冲孔排出煤水混合物的不落地远距离输送、煤水高效分离、煤渣精准计量和过滤水的循环利用,为矿井的安全高效生产提供了有力的保障.
Design of hydraulic punching coal-water transportation and metering system for bottom extraction roadway
In order to achieve efficient cleaning and transportation of coal-water mixture discharged through hydraulic punching in the bottom extraction roadway,a long-distance transportation and metering system consisting of coal slag crushing and pumping device,coal slag precise measurement device,vibrating coal-water separator,filtered water circulation and reuse device and pipeline device was con-structed.The key equipment of the system was designed,and the working principle of online real-time metering of coal slag amount dur-ing transportation using flow meter and concentration meter was analyzed.The on-site test results indicate that the system can achieve long-distance transportation of coal-water mixture discharged through hydraulic punching,efficient separation of coal-water,precise me-tering of coal slag,and recycling of filtered water.This long-distance pumping and metering system provides strong guarantees for safe and efficient production of mines.
