友众煤矿回采巷道差异化支护方案应用研究

针对友众煤矿15号煤层150202巷道不同地段围岩存在变形差异的问题,根据掘进设备以及巷道围岩探测结果,将围岩划分为地质条件正常段、断层(构造带)影响段、围岩破碎地段和大断面及交叉口等特殊地段,采用差异化支护原理,对友众煤矿15号煤层回采巷道进行了总体支护方案设计,针对性地提出了不同地段的高效支护方案.通过对150202回风巷矿压显现监测与变形量监测,验证了差异化支护方案的合理性.
Research on application of differentiated supporting scheme of mining roadway in Youzhong Coal Mine
In response to the problem of deformation differences in the surrounding rock of different sections of the No.150202 roadway in the No.15 coal seam of Youzhong Coal Mine,based on the excavation equipment and the roadway surrounding rock detection results,the surrounding rock was divided into sections with normal geological conditions,sections affected by faults(structural zones),sections with broken surrounding rock,and special sections such as large sections and intersections.Using the principle of differentiated support-ing,an overall supporting plan was designed for the mining roadway of the No.15 coal seam in Youzhong Coal Mine,and efficient sup-porting plans for different sections were proposed accordingly.The rationality of the differentiated supporting scheme was verified through monitoring the rock pressure manifestation and deformation of the No.150202 return airway.
