深部中厚煤层动压巷道顶板预制裂缝卸压护巷应用研究

针对深部中厚煤层动压对巷道造成的破坏问题,以枣泉煤矿130203工作面运输巷为研究对象,进行了深部中厚煤层动压巷道预制裂缝卸压护巷控制技术的研究.首先通过现场调查,分析了 2号煤层工作面运输巷变形破坏特征及其原因,包括地质条件、采煤方法、巷道断面形状、支护方式等因素.在此基础上,对顶板人工预制裂缝卸压的作用进行了理论分析,探讨了裂缝深度、裂缝间距、裂缝方向等因素对卸压效果的影响.通过理论计算,得出了顶板人工预制裂缝卸压的合理参数,提出了"巷道侧人工预制裂缝"的卸压护巷技术,并基于该技术进行了设计与实践.实践结果表明,通过在巷道侧施工人工裂缝,有效地释放了围岩压力,提高了巷道的稳定性.
Research on application of prefabricated crack pressure relief and protecting roadway in the roof of dynamic pressure roadway in deep medium and thick coal seam
In response to the problems of damage caused by dynamic pressure in deep medium thick coal seams,the transportation road-way in the No.130203 working face of Zaoquan Coal Mine was taken as the research object,and the control technology of prefabricated crack pressure relief and protection roadway in deep medium thick coal seam dynamic pressure roadway was studied.This article first analyzed the deformation and damage characteristics and causes of the transportation roadway in the No.2 coal seam working face through on-site investigation,including geological conditions,coal mining methods,roadway section shape,support methods,and other factors.On this basis,this article conducts a theoretical analysis of the effect of artificial prefabricated cracks on the pressure relief of the roof,and explores the influence of factors such as crack depth,crack spacing,and crack direction on the pressure relief effect.Through theoretical calculations,reasonable parameters for artificial prefabricated cracks pressure relief on the roof were obtained,and a pressure relief and protection roadway technology for"artificial prefabricated cracks on the side of the roadway"was proposed.Based on this technology,design and practice were carried out.The practical results show that by constructing artificial cracks on the side of the road-way,the surrounding rock pressure is effectively released and the stability of the roadway is improved.
