绿色生态视域下煤层巷道围岩联合控制方法

煤层巷道围岩变形破坏严重,控制难度大,为此在绿色生态倡导下,研究煤层巷道围岩联合控制技术,根据煤层巷道围岩力学信息和支护结构材料信息,分析模拟煤层巷道围岩回采工作面应力分布,采用FLAC构建巷道围岩模拟模型,以某地区的煤层巷道断面为研究目标,实现煤层巷道围岩顶板加固,完成绿色生态倡导下煤层巷道围岩联合控制技术研究.实验结果表明,留巷充填体应力在10 MPa的最大压力下,C30的混凝土强度达到了设计指标;顶板围岩处的塑性范围较小,所设计的围岩联合控制技术可提高煤层巷道围岩稳定性.
Joint control method of surrounding rock of coal seam roadway under the vision of green ecology
Due to the serious deformation and damage of surrounding rock in coal seam roadway and the great difficulty in control,under the advocacy of green ecology,the joint control technology for surrounding rock in coal seam roadway was studied.Based on the mechan-ical information and supporting structure material information of surrounding rock in coal seam roadway,the stress distribution in the mining face of the surrounding rock in coal seam roadway was analyzed and simulated,and a simulation model for surrounding rock in roadway was constructed using FLAC method.Taking the section of a coal seam roadway in a certain area as the research objective,we achieved the reinforcement of the roof of the surrounding rock of the coal seam roadway,and completed the research on the joint control technology of the surrounding rock of the coal seam roadway under the advocacy of green ecology.The experimental results show that un-der the maximum pressure of 10 MPa,the strength of C30 in the filling body of the retained roadway reaches the design index.The plas-tic range of roof surrounding rock is small,and the designed joint control technology of surrounding rock can improve the stability of sur-rounding rock in coal seam roadway.
