高位钻孔在黄白茨煤矿瓦斯治理中的应用

以黄白茨煤矿020913综采工作面为研究对象,通过分析近距离煤层群采空区瓦斯涌出来源及采动覆岩裂隙场分布规律,针对性地选择高位钻孔作为工作面瓦斯治理的主要措施.通过理论计算,初步得到高位钻孔布置参数.为了将进一步得到高位钻孔最佳布置参数,通过对比分析不同层位高位钻抽采浓度变化规律,根据现场考察结果,得到了 020913综采工作面高位钻孔最佳布置层位.现场实践结果表明,在距煤层顶板25 m层位布置高位钻孔抽采效果最佳,采用高位钻孔抽采后,020913工作面回采期间回风流瓦斯浓度最大为0.52%,上隅角瓦斯浓度不超过0.6%,达到了预期的瓦斯治理效果,切实保障了矿井的安全生产.
Application of high level drilling in gas control in Huangbaici Coal Mine
Taking the No.020913 fully-mechanized mining face of Huangbaici Coal Mine as the research object,by analyzing the source of gas emission in the goaf of the close range coal seam group and the distribution pattern of mining induced overlying rock fracture field,targeted high level drilling was selected as the main measure for gas control in the working face.Through theoretical calculations,the parameters for the arrangement of high level drilling were obtained preliminarily.In order to further obtain the optimal layout param-eters of high level drilling,the optimal layout layer of high level drilling in the No.020913 fully-mechanized mining face was obtained by comparing and analyzing the variation patterns of high level drilling extraction concentration in different layers and based on on-site in-spection results.The on-site practice results show that the optimal effect of arranging high level drilling for extraction is at a distance of 25 m from the coal seam roof.After using high level drilling for extraction,the maximum gas concentration in the return air flow during the extraction period of the No.020913 working face is 0.52%,and the gas concentration in the upper corner does not exceed 0.6%,achieving the expected gas control effect and effectively ensuring the safety production of the mine.
