基于ROSS-Miles法的不同砂含量下泡排剂性能影响实验研究

泡排技术是一种成本低、效果较好的排液采气方式,广泛应用于气田的出水治理.部分气井在排液采气过程中存在地层出砂,影响泡沫排水采气效果的问题.为此,基于ROSS-Miles法开展泡沫排水采气泡排剂评价及优选实验,为气田泡沫排水采气泡排剂的选择提供依据.实验针对气井不同砂含量,进行了泡排剂在不同砂含量地层水中起泡能力以及稳泡能力的评价实验,从而分析砂含量对泡排剂性能的影响程度,同时采用改进后的气流法装置对不同泡排剂的携液能力进行实验比较.研究结果表明,在相同介质中,泡排剂的携液速率会随着携液时间的增加而减小,考虑砂含量的影响程度,综合判断出XHY-4泡排剂的起泡性能、稳泡能力、携液率、携液速率均较好,适合含砂气田排水采气,同时为含砂气田泡排剂优选提供参考.
Experimental research on effect of foaming drainage agent performance under different sand content based on ROSS-Miles method
Foam drainage technology is a low-cost and effective way of liquid drainage gas recovery,which is widely used in gas field's water discharge management.Some gas wells have the problem of sand coming out of the formation during liquid drainage gas recovery,which affects the effect of foam drainage gas recovery.Therefore,this paper carried out the evaluation and preferential selection experi-ments of foam drainage gas recovery based on ROSS-Miles method to provide a basis for the selection of foaming agents for gas field foam drainage gas recovery.Evaluation experiments on the foaming ability and foam stabilizing capability of the foaming agent in forma-tion water with different sand contents were conducted for gas wells,so as to analyze the degree of influence of sand content on the foa-ming agent performance,and to compare the liquid carrying ability of different foaming agents using an improved airflow method device.The research results indicate that in the same medium,the liquid carrying rate of the foaming agent decreases with the increase of liquid carrying time.Considering the degree of influence of sand content,it has been comprehensively judged that XHY-4 foaming agent has good foaming property,foam stabilization capability,liquid carrying rate,and liquid carrying speed rate,which is suitable for drainage and gas production in sand bearing gas fields.At the same time,it provides a reference for the optimization of foaming agent in sand bearing gas fields.
