基于LVRT能力光伏电源的配电网继电保护增强技术研究

近年来,具备低电压穿越(LVRT)技术的分布式光伏系统在配电系统中的应用不断增加.然而,由于分布式光伏系统的短路电流贡献较低,与传统同步电机的短路特性存在差异,这导致传统过流保护系统易出现误动作问题.针对该问题,提出了一种自适应整定策略,用于提高过流保护系统的性能.该策略基于LVRT工作原理,通过对故障电压进行估计,并利用故障期间电压下降效应来补偿分布式光伏逆变器的限流控制引起的电流轻微增加,从而加速保护系统的动作速度,并在IEEE-12节点配电系统上使用DIgSILENT软件对所提出的方法进行了验证.实验结果表明,在保持选择性的同时,所提出的自适应整定策略显著改善了保护系统的动作时限,验证了其有效性.
Research on relay protection enhancement technology of distribution network based on LVRT
In recent years,the application of distributed photovoltaic systems with Low Voltage Ride-Through(LVRT)technology in power distribution systems has been increasing.However,the low contribution of short-circuit current in distributed photovoltaic sys-tems,it is different from the short-circuit characteristics of the traditional synchronous motor,which makes the traditional overcurrent protection system prone to mis operation.Aiming at this,an adaptive tuning strategy was proposed to improve the performance of the overcurrent protection system.This strategy is based on the working principle of LVRT.By estimating the fault voltage and using the voltage drop effect during the fault to compensate for the slight increase in current caused by the current limit control of the distributed photovoltaic inverter,the action speed of the protection system is accelerated,and the proposed method is verified by using DIgSILENT software on IEEE-12 node power distribution system.Experimental results show that while maintaining selectivity,the adaptive tuning strategy proposed in this paper significantly improves the action time limit of the protection system,verifying its effectiveness.
