基于人工智能的智能电网调度业务决策系统研究

随着智能电网调度业务中海量电力大数据的接入,现代智能电网的信息处理与业务应用需要考虑多源异构信息的加工与反馈机制.为解决业务全生命周期智能化处理需求问题,提出了能够实现业务数据接入、业务数据处理与业务集成服务的智能电网调度业务决策系统.该系统通过构建态势感知模型、事件推理模型与控制策略模型,实现对电力系统的实时感知、智能化的控制策略制定,从而优化智能电网的调度业务决策过程.最后,以IEEE14节点系统为例验证模型的应用效果,证明了该系统能够对智能电网调度业务形成态势可感、设备可控、经济环境协同最优的管控效果,从而为调度员提供智能化监督、调度与决策流程.
Research on smart grid dispatching business decision-making system based on artificial intelligence
With the access of massive electric power big data in smart grid dispatching business,the information processing and business application of modern smart grid need to consider the processing and feedback mechanism of multi-source heterogeneous information.To address the demand for intelligent handling of the entire lifecycle of business operations,an intelligent grid dispatching business decision system was proposed,which enabled business data access,business data processing,and business integration services.The system a-chieved real-time perception of the power system and intelligent control strategy formulation by constructing a situational awareness mod-el,event reasoning model,and control strategy model,so as to optimize the dispatching business decision-making process of smart grid.Finally,the application effect of the model was verified through the IEEE14 node system as an example,proving that the system can form a situation aware,equipment controllable,and economic environment coordinated optimal control effect for smart grid scheduling busi-ness,thereby providing intelligent supervision,scheduling,and decision-making processes for dispatchers.
