锚杆锚固区承载层范围影响因素研究

针对锚杆支护中锚固区承载层范围与其影响因素之间的关系问题,采用理论分析与数值模拟开展了相关研究.首先,采用理论分析明确了锚杆锚固区承载层厚度b与锚固承载层边界的支护强度Pib呈正比关系,即锚固承载层越厚巷道围岩越稳定;其次,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了预紧力分别为50、100、150、200 kN,锚杆间距分别为0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5 m时锚固区承载层厚度和体积的变化规律.研究结果表明,随着锚杆预紧力的增加、锚杆间距的减小,锚固区承载层的厚度和体积也随着增大;锚杆预紧力与锚固区体积呈指数关系;锚杆间距存在临界值,当间距大于该临界值时锚固区体积急剧下降.研究成果可为锚杆支护参数设计及工程技术开发提供理论依据与参考.
Research on influencing factors of bearing layer range in anchor rod anchorage zone
In view of the relationship between the bearing layer range and its influencing factors in the anchor bolting,theoretical analy-sis and numerical simulation were used to carry out relevant research.Firstly,theoretical analysis was used to clarify the proportional re-lationship between the thickness of the bearing layer b in the anchor rod anchoring area and the support strength Pib at the boundary of the anchoring bearing layer,that is,the thicker the anchoring bearing layer is,the more stable the surrounding rock of the roadway is.Secondly,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the variation rules of the thickness and volume of the bearing layer in the anchoring area when the preload is 50,100,150 and 200 kN,and the bolt spacing is 0.8,1.0,1.2 and 1.5m,respectively.The results show that with the increase of bolt preload and the decrease of bolt spacing,the thickness and volume of the bearing layer in the anchoring area also increase.There is an exponential relationship between the bolt preload and the volume of anchoring zone.There is a critical value of bolt spacing,and when the spacing is greater than the critical value,the volume of anchoring area drops sharply.The re-search results can provide theoretical basis and reference for the parameter design and engineering technology development of bolt sup-porting.
